Payment & Insurance
At this time, we do not accept any type of insurance. As an out-of-network provider, our psychotherapy services are eligible for at least partial reimbursement by most insurance providers. Most clients will receive a portion (generally between 30-70%) of therapy fees reimbursed to them from their insurance companies dependent on their individual insurance coverages. Please check with your insurance company regarding your specific benefits.
We gladly provide you with a superbill to help facilitate the reimbursement process.
Payment is due at the time of service.

Intake Session: $135
Individual Therapy : $100 - $130
Group Therapy: $40
6 Weeks $240 - 8 Weeks $320
Psychological Testing
$100 - $400 (approximately)

4 Session Package
Individual Therapy: $350
Standard Coaching: $280
3 Brainspotting Session Package $350
Initial Coaching Session: $115
Standard Coaching Session: $75
Consultation/Training/Presentation: $140 per hour
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations 24-hours notice is required. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24-hours notice, it is subject to the half of the session fee. Missed sessions (no-shows) are subject to the full session fee. There are no refunds for pre-paid plans, but the fee may be applied to future available session slots.
